Free Gas
The challenge in this campaign was how to visually communicate an unattractive, but popular reward like Free Gas. The solution was to create a graphic that used the gas pump handle icon to feature vehicles that their target members wanted. We applied the messaging across integrated channels including a direct mail letter, follow up post card, statement insert, web banners, branch merchandising poster and an article in the newsletter. The result of this $42,300 campaign was an increase of 375% over the previous campaign and generated $9.3 million in auto loans. |
